South Pointe on the Park is an adult oriented complex in the Semiahmoo neighbourhood of South Surrey. Nearby, you'll find Bakerview Park, the South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre, and the very popular Sunnyside Acres Urban Forest, a 321-acre wooded city park with a 2.5 mile footpath as well as many resident coyote and black-tailed deer.
